Founded in 2013, Community Wellness Center of Freedom Healthcare, LLC has aided over 2,500 of the most vulnerable through its 3 programs and 17 affiliate support agencies in Prince Georges County and Baltimore City Maryland.
Programs & Services
Level 1 - Outpatient
Licensed professionals offer outpatient evaluation, treatment, counseling, and referrals to additional services.
Level 2.1 - Intensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient treatment with licensed professionals, including group and individual counseling.
Level 2.5 - Partial Hospitalization
Ambulatory Detoxification
Medication Assisted Treatment
Medication Assisted Treatment are provided by licensed professionals.
3.1 - 3.5 Inpatient Residential Treatment
The program is provided in a licensed, safe, and comfortable residential facility.
We strive to help program participants acheive their fullest potential which becomes clearer with consistent treatment, support and stability.
